RNA Identification Just Got Easier

RNA identification using mass spectrometry-based approaches is possible through the detection of “signature endonuclease digestion products” (see Hossain and Limbach, RNA, (2007) 13 295-303). This site contains options to download signature digestion product peak lists for a variety of RNAs. Where known, RNA sequences contain post-transcriptional modifications.
